Job Summary The ideal candidate will handle inbound outbound calls emails and chat support providing timely and accurate information and assistance This role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the company s reputation Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer queries via phone email and chat Provide accurate product service information and basic troubleshooting Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 technical support or relevant departments Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction Identify and report common issues feedback and suggestions from customers Meet performance targets such as response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores Maintain a professional empathetic and customer-first attitude at all times Monitor network performance and infrastructure using tools Respond to network alerts tickets and service requests in a timely manner Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity issues Handle basic configurations of network devices under supervision Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Basic understanding of networking concepts WAN LAN and Wireless Good communication and documentation skills Excellent communication skills English and tamil Working Conditions This role may involve working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 93840 31788 Expected Start Date 23 08 2025
