Report to: Revenue Head

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop and expand the Gifting and aroma business of Soulflower.
2. Generate New Sales ‒ Bring New leads & generate new customers for organization
3. Handle Existing Customers - Manage domestic Sales fulfilment requirements to ensure timely and accurate product delivery with proper documentation.
4. Handle Back-end support required for Sales
5. Setting & managing consumer and trade events
6. Close follow up with their day-to-day visits, including attendance and other mandates
7. Ensure customer master data, account profile information, and customer product
8. Receive, coordinate, and process all sales orders based on the customer's requests
9. Ensure availability of stock and timely dispatch of orders
10. Ensure accounts are in compliance with corporate credit policies
11. Guarantee customer satisfaction through quality follow-ups
12. Prepare monthly sales forecasts and weekly sales reports

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Attend phone calls whenever required
2. Make phone calls to new leads
3. Follow ups with clients regarding their future needs
4. Maintain appropriate communication between clients & customers and with team members

Knowledge and Experience:

1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record
3. You have experience coordinating the sales team by managing schedules,
4. filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
5. You possess ability close sales over phone and email and handle quotations, contracts, and payment follow-ups
6. Excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the English language
7. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Competencies
8. Prior working experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
9. Proven ability to develop and expand business and generate revenue
10. Experience in identifying target audiences and potential clients
11. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
12. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
13. Outstanding communication skills.
