The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth initiatives in Mumbai and across India. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven sales professional with industry connections to join a global brand and contribute to landmark interior design projects.
Experience Required: 2+ years in B2B sales or business development
Industry Focus: Hospitality, Interior Design, Soft Furnishings, or related sectors
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Client Acquisition
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities in hospitality, luxury residential, and premium commercial sectors
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve regional growth targets
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders including:
- Architects and interior designers
- Design consultants and procurement managers
- Hotel chains and luxury hospitality groups
- High-end residential developers
Sales Excellence
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Lead client site visits and project consultations
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to create customized carpet solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Provide market feedback to enhance our product offerings and positioning
What We&aposre Looking ForEssential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with exceptional relationship-building abilities
- Based in Mumbai with flexibility to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, interior design, or soft furnishing industries
- Established network within the design and procurement community
- Understanding of luxury market dynamics
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Location & Travel
Primary Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Travel Requirements: This role requires flexibility for domestic and occasional international travel for client meetings, site visits, trade exhibitions, and project coordination across our global operations.
