Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise software. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced professional with a strong development background who can provide thought leadership and technical guidance to both internal teams and customers. You will work on a hybrid model, with quarterly visits to our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end design of enterprise software implementations, focusing on business impact and value. You will collaborate with other senior solution architects to define overall frameworks and standards and ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability and performance.
- Technical Development: Write custom scripts, APIs, and middleware solutions. You will also create and provide data migration requirements and break down high-level objectives and user stories into specific development tasks.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Mentor and coach solution architects and other team members, providing guidance and training to development teams.
- Project Management & Quality: Act as a Scrum master to monitor projects and ensure quality assurance and QMS compliance. You will also conduct peer code reviews, perform unit and integration testing, and maintain programming documentation.
- Problem-Solving & Analysis: Analyze, debug, and solve complex technical issues and customer escalations. You will also create feasibility analyses and provide accurate effort estimates.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 8-11 years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 years of development experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in technologies like JavaScript, ETL, SQL, API, and web services.
- Experience with Jira.
- Expertise in Esko products and services (e.g., WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine) is a plus.
- Experience in the packaging domain is also a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to analyze business impact versus effort and prioritize functional requests accordingly.
- A proactive mindset to stay updated on the latest product releases and emerging solutions.
