Role & responsibilities

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary CTO / Solution Architect with deep expertise in SaaS-based product development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the products technical vision, architecture, scalability, and security, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Define and drive the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Build a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architecture with strong focus on security, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Architect and design the overall SaaS platform architecture (cloud-native, microservices, APIs).
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA).
  • Build, mentor, and lead engineering and architecture teams.
  • Oversee infrastructure, ensuring uptime, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. -
  • 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in SaaS product development.
  • Proven track record as CTO, Solution Architect, or Principal Engineer in SaaS/cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Expertise in SaaS architectures: multi-tenancy, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Strong in databases (SQL/NoSQL, distributed systems).
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, .NET, , Python, Go).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Security-first mindset with knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, encryption, identity management.
