We're seeking a who is excited to contribute to our AI-led transformation and translate strategy into scalable execution.

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Trivandrum, Kochi, Calicut and Thrissur

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of omnichannel projects (email, web, paid media, analytics, automation).
- Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, sprint schedules, and operating workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, development, creative, MarTech/platforms) to deliver outcomes.
- Serve as the central project manager across marketing automation, CRM/CDP, and analytics workstreams.
- Track KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Enhance process maturity by implementing governance standards, QA practices, and reusable delivery templates.
- Mentor project specialists and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in digital marketing or MarTech environments.
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects involving campaign operations, automation tools, CRM/CDPs, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- PMP or Agile certifications preferred; practical knowledge of sprint planning and cross-functional delivery required.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across distributed/global teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Passion for mentoring and building sustainable, scalable delivery practices.
