
Urgent Search: Services Inside Sales Manager

Job Description We are seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Coach to lead and develop our Inside Sales team. In this dual role, you will not only drive sales but also coach, motivate, and develop a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Associates focused on promoting Blue Yonder's Professional Services offerings. You'll be responsible for setting sales goals, tracking team performance, and ensuring that the team executes successful campaigns, while also acting as a mentor to develop the skills and potential of each team member. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the team's culture, success, and growth. What You'll Do - Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 10-15 Services Inside Sales Associates to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets. - Sales Performance Management: Set performance goals, track KPIs, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure consistent achievement of team objectives. - Coaching & Development: Provide one-on-one coaching, conduct regular performance reviews, and create personalized development plans to help SDRs grow professionally and hit their goals. - Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the sales leadership team to align SDR activities with the broader sales strategy and company goals. Ensure the team is effectively executing sales campaigns and initiatives. - Sales Training: Develop and deliver regular training sessions on sales techniques, objection handling, prospecting methods, and Blue Yonder's Services offerings to enhance the skills and performance of the SDR team. - Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Oversee the SDR team's efforts in generating qualified leads, driving outreach, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. - Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies, adjust to market trends, and implement best practices across the SDR team. - Performance Reporting: Regularly report on team performance, pipeline progress, and key metrics to senior leadership, making recommendations for improvements. - Team Culture: Foster a positive, motivating, and results-driven team environment. Encourage continuous learning, innovation, and accountability within the SDR team. - Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new SDRs to ensure we build a talented, high-performing team. What We Are Looking For - Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing SDRs to succeed in their roles. - Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a data-driven approach to performance management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. - Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide individuals through challenges and drive performance improvement. - Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience using tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and create actionable strategies to improve team performance. Preferred Experience - Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or coaching role. - Experience with sales enablement tools and familiarity with the use of AI in sales operations. - Prior experience leading SDR teams in the SaaS or technology industries is highly desirable. - Experience working in supply chain software or related industries is a strong plus. - Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
