We are #hiring for a leading mental health organisation Responsibilities: - Formulate and implement growth strategies to penetrate target markets , - Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for scaling mental health product/services. - Drive the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners and understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them effectively. - Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the mental health space through market research and analysis - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product/service development, marketing, and operations - Develop accurate revenue forecasts and sales projections and Track and analyze sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management. - Represent the company as a thought leader in the mental health domain at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing sales and BD - activities in the mental health sector. Requirements : - MBA Marketing , Master's in Psychology or related fields - 5 to 15 years in BD and Sales in the mental health and Wellness sector
