Job Title Recruiter State Clients Location Remote Full-time Experience Required 2 years in recruiting for State or Government clients About the Role We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for State Government clients including but not limited to Florida Georgia Indiana Connecticut and other states The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment - sourcing screening coordinating interviews and onboarding candidates for IT administrative and professional services roles under State and local government contracts Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for State and Local Government client requisitions Source candidates using job boards LinkedIn internal databases and referrals Screen qualify and submit candidates in compliance with client and MSP requirements Collaborate closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand job needs Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of candidates Stay updated with State vendor portals procurement systems and compliance requirements Requirements 2 years of experience recruiting for State Government clients across multiple states e g FL GA IN CT Proven experience working with vendor management systems VMS and MSP programs Familiarity with W2 C2C and 1099 employment types Excellent communication time management and candidate relationship skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
