Job Title: US IT Recruiter Experience: 4–5 Years Work Location: Hyderabad (Kukatpally) Work Mode: 5 Days – Work from Office Job Description: We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment for US staffing and strong experience working with state clients . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing technical candidates across various domains and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full life cycle of US IT recruitment – sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Work extensively on requirements from state and federal clients and VMS portals. Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements. Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and vendors. Maintain candidate and client pipelines using ATS tools. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.
