- Business Development Executive BDE Location Mohali India Hybrid On-site flexibility Department Sales Business Development Employment Type Full-time About RChilli RChilli is the trusted partner for resume parsing matching and enrichment in the HR Tech space With a strong global presence we empower businesses by offering AI-driven solutions that simplify recruitment workflows and enhance talent acquisition strategies Our mission is to transform hiring experiences for recruiters and candidates worldwide Role Overview We are hiring a Business Development Executive BDE for our Mohali office to help expand RChilli s reach across India and global markets This role is ideal for a young ambitious professional with 6 months to 1 year of sales or business development experience who is eager to build a career in SaaS and HR Tech You will be responsible for generating leads nurturing client relationships and supporting our sales growth initiatives Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to new leads through online research calls LinkedIn outreach and networking Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients Schedule meetings demos and presentations for prospects Assist in preparing proposals presentations and sales documentation Keep CRM records up to date with lead and client information Work with the marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns in India and global markets Learn and understand RChilli s HR Tech products to confidently present them to clients Achieve entry-level sales targets and contribute to pipeline development Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field fresh graduates with strong internships may apply 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development inside sales or lead generation SaaS HR Tech preferred but not mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus Eagerness to learn with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset Familiarity with CRM tools HubSpot Salesforce Zoho etc is a plus Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup What We Offer Competitive entry-level salary with attractive incentives Opportunity to work with a global HR Tech leader and gain international exposure A collaborative hybrid work culture with flexibility and growth opportunities Learning opportunities with senior sales mentors and product experts An inclusive environment that values innovation and new ideas
