As we scale our creative vision, we’re looking for a dynamic sales and client relations professional to grow with us. Role Overview : We’re looking for an articulate, and passionate sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for couples, guiding them through our offerings, nurturing relationships, and turning inquiries into celebrations. Key Responsibilities Include: - Lead Management: Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone - Client Consultation: Listen to each couple’s vision; tailor and present our packages accordingly - Proposal Development: Partner with our creative team to design compelling proposals and pitch decks - Follow-Up & Conversion: Maintain consistent follow-up to convert leads into confirmed bookings - CRM Oversight: Keep our client database current—track communications, milestones, and next steps - Representation: Confidently represent 1Plus1 Studio in client meetings, discovery calls, and select events What you bring: - 3+ years of experience in sales, client servicing, or the wedding/luxury sector - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for people - Self-starter attitude with disciplined follow-up habits - Knowledge of the wedding or luxury services space is a plus - A keen eye for storytelling, design, and client delight Why you'll love working here: - Creative Collaboration: Join a close-knit team of storytellers and artists - Impactful Work: Help couples celebrate one of life’s most meaningful moments - Growth & Learning: Gain exposure to high-end, destination weddings around the world Ready to help us shape love stories?
