Job Description Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION - Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract quality candidates - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. - Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, interview coordination and offer processing. - Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a qualified candidate pool. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities. - This role involves both Later and bulk hiring management. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities. - Handling multiple roles and deadlines efficiently. - Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records. Required Skills Set/Qualification - Graduate in any stream. - Good communication skills - Well versed with job boards, Naukri.com/LinkedIn etc - Positive attitude with good analytical skills - Ability to identify and source relevant experience and skills quickly. - Good Excel knowledge is a plus - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, well versed with Naukri.com and LinkedIn Benefits - 5 Days working, work from office. - Both side Transport - Medical benefits - Good work culture and leave policies.
