Category Manager you need to support the growth of our e-commerce business for Home and Kitchen. you need to ensure the category is well-curated, competitively priced, and delivers a great shopping experience to our customers. What You Will Be Doing - You need to work on product selection, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning. - Work with sourcing/procurement teams to onboard new products and vendors. - Ensure accurate product listings on the e-commerce platform with the right content, images, and details. - Track and analyze sales, margins, and customer feedback for category improvement. - Coordinate with marketing teams to drive category-specific campaigns and offers. - Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to suggest improvements. - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the category, including resolving listing or supply issues. What We Would Like To See In You - 23 years of experience in retail category and growth roles. - Strong interest in Home & Kitchen products and understanding of consumer buying behavior in this category. - Good with numbers and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. - Detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
