Hiring for a Senior Manager - SAP P2S for the global aerospace & defence leader.

Role details:

- Title / Designation: Senior Manager - SAP Plan to sustain (P2S)
- Reporting Manager: Vice President
- Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
- Work mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

Role & responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage a team of SAP functional and technical team with over 20 members.
- Lead seamless end-to-end integration between functional and technical teams to deliver business requirements and enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to support business transformation initiatives and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.
- Build and nurture a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and coaching team members for growth.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to SAP P2S functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital governance models
- Champion innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
- Ensure optimal utilization of technology resources, maintaining adherence to standards and alignment with business strategy.
- Track and report performance through periodic metrics to key stakeholders.

Candidate requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant SAP experience with proven capability in leading functional and technical teams of 11-20 members.
- Recognized subject matter expert across multiple SAP applications with strong knowledge of business processes and delivery management
- Extensive experience in managing SAP resources, overseeing project delivery, and preparing for future migration to the SAP S4/HANA platform.
- Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle and project life cycle, with a track record of managing projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Demonstrated leadership with excellent stakeholder management, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, adaptable to diverse corporate environments.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to excel in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
