Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – UAE Hiring (India Delivery) Location: India (Remote / Office-based) Client Geography: United Arab Emirates Reporting To: Delivery Manager / Account Lead – Dubai Industry: Recruitment & Staffing Services About Us We are a renowned recruitment consulting firm headquartered in Business Bay, delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions across the UAE and GCC markets. With a strong reputation for speed, quality, and compliance-driven hiring, we partner with leading organisations across Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Corporate Services. To strengthen our offshore delivery capability, we are expanding our India-based recruitment team to support UAE mandates exclusively. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and performance-driven Recruitment Consultant who will manage UAE hiring mandates from India. The role requires end-to-end recruitment ownership, strong stakeholder coordination with Dubai-based clients and internal teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent under defined SLAs. This is a delivery-focused role with exposure to international hiring standards and fast-paced client environments. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UAE-based clients from India - Understand client mandates, role specifications, and hiring priorities shared by the Dubai team - Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and active headhunting - Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with UAE market expectations - Coordinate interviews between candidates and UAE-based stakeholders - Manage candidate engagement, documentation, offer coordination, and onboarding support - Maintain turnaround time (TAT), quality metrics, and closure ratios - Ensure compliance with UAE hiring norms, documentation, and process protocols - Build and maintain sector-specific talent pipelines for repeat mandates - Provide regular recruitment MIS, pipeline updates, and performance reports Candidate Profile - 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition - Exposure to Gulf / UAE hiring is a strong advantage (mandatory for senior profiles) - Strong communication skills with confidence in client and candidate interactions - Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Comfortable working in time-zone aligned shifts with Dubai - High ownership, accountability, and delivery discipline Why Join Us - Opportunity to work on international UAE mandates from India - Direct exposure to Dubai clients and global hiring standards - Structured growth path within a rapidly expanding recruitment organisation - Performance-linked incentives and recognition - Stable, process-driven environment with long-term career prospects
