Job Description At Palo Alto Networks Bangalore we have Recruiting Specialist role to support US region on Hybrid i.e. 3 days work from office along with two-way cab facility + night shift allowance - work timings are from 6pm IST till 2am IST. This position is on contract for a year, on Vendor/Third Party Payroll. Long term and renewable contract year on year, basis business requirement and performance. We're looking for a Recruiting Specialist to lead front end recruiting efforts. This role encompasses the beginning stages of the hiring processfrom partnering with business leaders on position strategy and candidate requirements to developing sourcing strategies, and assessing top talent. Your Impact: - Collaborate closely with US based recruiters in PST while also partnering with hiring managers to understand and define the skills, backgrounds, and experiences required for various roles - Develop and execute the front end recruitment process ensuring that candidates meet or exceed our high hiring standards - Stay up to date on industry trends, top talent, and competitive landscape - Implement innovative recruitment strategies to stay ahead of market demands - Develop and manage a robust pipeline of candidates, including passive candidates, and ensure effective engagement and a world class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Conduct thorough candidate assessments and present well-researched candidate slates - Maintain a high quality bar for talent, ensuring every candidate aligns with our cultural and operational standards - Ensure ATS/CRM are kept up to date with the most accurate information for reporting purposes and to help the org and business make the best decisions possible - Constantly seek new ways to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment strategies and the changing landscape of cybersecurity talent - Maintain an aptitude for learning and applying new recruiting tools and techniques - Demonstrate the ability to push forward and navigate roadblocks, turning setbacks into learning opportunities while driving recruitment success - Manage administrative tasks as needed such as coordinating recruiting events Your Experience - 5+ years of recruitment experience with US clients, preferably in hardware/software companies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work PST hours - Proficiency with modern recruiting systems and tools - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills - Resilient, adaptable, and skilled at storytelling/presentation Our Team Our recruitment team is at the core of building our talent pool connected directly to the mission of preventing cyberattacks.
