We specialize in delivering high-quality human-curated data, AI-first scaled operations services, and more. Based in Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact. We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to take our hiring efforts to the next level. You'll be responsible for identifying top talent, managing the recruitment process, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. If you're a passionate person with a knack for matchmaking talent, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source top candidates. - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles. - Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements. Key Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms. Why Join Us - Competitive pay (Up to 1200/hour). - Flexible hours. - Remote opportunity NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to Rs. 1200 per hour (if you work an average of 3 hours every day - that could be as high as Rs 90K per month) once you clear our screening process.
