Job Title Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience 6 Months to 3 Years Location Visakhapatnam Vizag or Hyderabad On-Site Shift Night Shift EST Time Zone We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter with 6 months to 5 years of experience to join our team This is an on-site role located in Vizag or Hyderabad The ideal candidate should be comfortable working during the night shift aligned with the Eastern Standard Time EST Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through various platforms Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding Maintain and update candidate databases Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Requirements 6 months to 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field Willingness to work the night shift EST Time Zone Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to commute to the office in Vizag or Hyderabad What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to grow within the organization Positive work environment and a collaborative team
