Job Information Date Opened 11 27 2025 Job Type Full time Industry IT Services Work Experience 10 years Salary As per Industry Standards City Tirunelveli State Province Tamil Nadu Country India Zip Postal Code 627007 We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and oversee people operations administration and policy The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition and management performance management and ensure smooth execution of HR and organizational procedures This role also involves event management and continuous improvement of HR processes to support our company culture and strategic objectives Key ResponsibilitiesPeople OperationsOversee day-to-day people operations to ensure a positive employee experience and operational efficiency Act as a key point of contact for employee relations and support General AdministrationManage general administration tasks related to HR functions including record keeping compliance and reporting Ensure all HR activities adhere to relevant labour laws and company standards Process and Policy Formation and ImplementationDevelop update and implement HR policies procedures and best practices aligned with organisational goals Monitor policy compliance and recommend adjustments as needed for evolving business needs Event ManagementPlan and coordinate company events such as team-building activities training sessions and employee engagement programs Collaborate across departments to ensure events align with HR strategy and employee needs HR ManagementLead HR team members and provide guidance support and training to enhance their performance Manage the HR lifecycle including onboarding offboarding employee development and succession planning Performance ManagementDesign implement and maintain performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee productivity Facilitate performance reviews feedback sessions and development plans in partnership with line managers Talent Acquisition and ManagementDrive full-cycle recruitment processes to attract hire and retain high-quality talent Manage talent pipelines and develop strategies for workforce planning and succession management Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proven experience typically 10 years in HR management or people operations roles Experience of working in an IT IT Services Organization is preferred Strong knowledge of labour laws HRIS recruitment platforms and performance management tools Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
