We are hiring for the role of Category Manager at Cranberry.Fit
Location : at our HQ in Bengaluru
Time : Full time, 5 days a week (8 hours/day)
Salary : 8-12 LPA
Can start as soon as possible
️ Your Role
Category Strategy: Develop and execute the category strategy to drive growth and profitability.
Product & Portfolio Management: Manage the product portfolio, including new product launches and optimizing the existing assortment.
P&L Management: Own and manage the category's P&L, focusing on revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential new clients through various channels, managing the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Customer Service : Handle post-delivery inquiries, providing top-notch support and maintaining customer satisfaction.
What would make you a strong fit?

Degree from a Tier 1 college with graduating year 2023 OR earlier
Minimum 2-4 years working experience of partnership and sales at tech companies
You have hands-on experience in D2C, e-comm or pharma , specifically with P&L
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
