Brand Mascots Communications Pvt. Ltd. is a creative video production and advertising agency specializing in Instagram Reels, Digital Ad Films, Infographic Animation Videos, Corporate Films, and Television Commercials (TVCs). We partner with brands to craft compelling stories that drive engagement, visibility, and growth.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who can accelerate our revenue growth by bringing in new clients and nurturing strong business relationships.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our creative services, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets. You will be the face of the company in building partnerships with brands, agencies, corporates, and startups who need high-quality content production.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities across industries for video production & content services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the creative team to propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular market insights to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven sales experience (preferably in advertising, media, digital marketing, or video production).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative services.
- Confidence in approaching CXOs, Marketing Managers, Brand Heads, and Agency Partners.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.
- Good understanding of digital trends, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Graduate/MBA preferred, but more weightage will be given to skills and proven results.
