Job Description Job Title:Onboarding Specialist Location:Pune Qualification:- PGDM in HR/Graduate HR/BBA in HR About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for our new hires. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the onboarding process, from pre-employment communication to post-joining support. Responsibilities: Manage the onboarding process for new joiners, including completing all necessary formalities. Communicate with candidates before and after joining to guide them through the onboarding process. Address queries from candidates and stakeholders regarding onboarding procedures. Collect and manage documentation for background verification. Create and maintain onboarding dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with candidates to confirm their joining dates. Conduct identity checks for new joiners. Maintain excellent communication and writing skills. Be flexible and adaptable to handle a high volume of work. Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar onboarding or HR role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
