Job Title: Oracle HFM & EPBCS Consultant

Experience Required: 5+ years

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant to join our finance transformation team. The role involves end-to-end ownership of financial system implementations, configurations, and support. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and technical background in financial consolidation, planning, and budgeting solutions with hands-on expertise in HFM and EPBCS. Experience with FDMEE will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HFM and EPBCS solutions.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Design and develop financial reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
- Manage system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Provide end-user support and training to enhance adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HFM and EPBCS applications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.
- Document processes, configurations, and customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HFM and EPBCS.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience in metadata management, data loading, and validation.
- Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Calculation Manager.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and scripting (e.g., FDMEE, EPM Automate).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Good To Have

- Experience with FDMEE for data integration and automation.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud EPM suite and related modules.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
