Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant to join our finance transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems implementation, configuration, and support, with hands-on experience in HFM and EPBCS. Experience with FDMEE is a plus.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HFM and EPBCS solutions.- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.- Design and develop financial reports, dashboards, and data integrations.- Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.- Provide end-user training and support.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HFM and EPBCS applications.- Work with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external vendors.- Document processes, configurations, and customizations.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HFM and EPBCS.- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.- Experience in metadata management, data loading, and validation.- Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Calculation Manager.- Knowledge of data integration tools and scripting (e.g., FDMEE, EPM Automate).- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.Good to Have :- Experience with FDMEE for data integration and automation.- Exposure to Oracle Cloud EPM suite and other related modules.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
