Role & responsibilities

  • Project & Change Management: Understanding of ITIL processes, change control,

and release management best practices Identifying and mitigating operational risks

  • Ability to resolve technical issues
  • Ability to monitor and report on operational performance
  • Oversee and manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle

Hyperion Financial Management applications running on Windows Server environments

hosted on Microsoft Azure

  • Manage Azure cloud resources including virtual machines, storage, networking, and

security groups supporting HFM

  • Work closely with Finance, Application Support, and Development teams to support

Oracle Hyperion application upgrades, patches, and enhancements

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server and

application performance

  • Implement cost management and optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure
  • Manage vendor relationships for third-party support services related to Oracle

Hyperion infrastructure

  • Maintain accurate documentation of architecture, configurations, standard operating

procedures, and troubleshooting guides

  • Strong collaboration skills to work with development, operations, Application owners

& other key stakeholder

  • Focus on reducing toil by eliminating reoccurring issues
  • Ability to create efficient documentation & SOPs, enabling team
