Job Description

Job Summary:

As a seasoned Sales professional with a proven track record in driving growth in the ANZ region, you will lead the charge in acquiring new logos and expanding existing relationships for Valuelabs Professional Services & Technology offerings. With a strong background in IT Services sales and a deep understanding of the local market, you will develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, build and nurture key client relationships, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new logos and expand existing relationships in the ANZ region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in identified client accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Global Account Teams and Leadership, to drive growth and alignment across Service Lines and offerings
- Develop and lead market development initiatives across multiple Service Lines and offerings, driving growth and expansion in the ANZ region
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Valuelabs offerings, technologies, and market position to effectively communicate value to clients and drive sales growth

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, New Logo acquisition, and Based Account Growth for Professional Services & Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the ANZ region
- Solid experience in IT Services sales
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the ANZ region
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding existing relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of sales professionals

Note- MBA form a top premium college is required.
