Manager cum HR Company AJ Architects Position Manager cum HR Experience Minimum 2 Years Qualification MBA HR Business Management preferred Employment Type Full-time About the Company AJ Architects is a growing architectural and design firm committed to delivering innovative sustainable and functional spaces We value teamwork creativity and excellence in everything we do We are looking for a Manager cum HR to oversee our daily operations and strengthen our human resource management Key Responsibilities HR People Management End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees Handle payroll attendance and leave management Create and implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements Administrative Operations Management Oversee office operations vendor coordination and administrative support Maintain records manage documentation and ensure smooth workflow Assist in budgeting procurement and resource allocation Strategic Support Support management in planning and executing business growth initiatives Identify and implement process improvements Coordinate internal meetings reviews and client communications when required Required Skills Qualifications MBA in HR Business Management mandatory Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or office management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR software Good organizational and multitasking abilities Leadership qualities with problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
