Job Description Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive Billing Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Hyderabad Reports To: Accounts Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive Billing with 34 years of relevant experience, who possesses strong billing and GST knowledge, is fluent in both Hindi and English, and is skilled in logical verification of documentation such as delivery challans and work completion reports. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST e-invoicing, and GSTR-1 data preparation. Key Responsibilities - Generate GST-compliant invoices and e-invoices as per contract/PO terms. - Maintain invoice records and ensure timely entry in Tally. - Prepare and validate GSTR-1 data for monthly/quarterly filing. - Verify delivery challans, work completion reports, and supporting documents before invoicing. - Coordinate with operations/sales teams for billing inputs and necessary approvals. - Ensure tax accuracy in invoices including proper application of CGST, SGST, IGST based on supply rules. - Resolve billing issues and coordinate with clients on clarifications. - Maintain updated billing logs and MIS reports. - Support internal audits and statutory audits by providing billing documentation. - Assist in follow-ups with clients for billing acceptance and payment processing. Required Qualifications & Skills - Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - Experience: 34 years in billing/accounts with practical knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, and GSTR-1 preparation. - Software: Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST portals. - Language Proficiency: Good written and spoken skills in Hindi and English. - Other Skills: - Strong communication and coordination skills - Logical and analytical thinking - Eye for detail in verifying documentation - Time management and ability to handle deadlines
