Job Description Start Date: 24 Nov 2025 Location: Hyderabad, IN Job ID: 7830 School: Oakridge International School Bachupally Company: Nord Anglia Education Job Description Job Title: Executive Accounts Department: Finance Location: Oakridge International School, Bachupally Reporting To: Finance Manager Job Summary The Executive Accounts will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and assist with internal controls and audits. Responsibilities include invoice processing, reconciliations, collection monitoring, month-end support, and basic statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Nav BC) for daily accounting tasks. - Process supplier invoices with 3-way (PO) and 2-way (non-PO) verification prior to posting. - Post cash collection journals accurately and on time. - Reconcile merchant charges by matching bank statements and collection reports. - Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate variances. - Monitor debtors outstanding balances and support collection strategies to reduce DSO. - Assist in month-end closing and ensure timely submission of financial data. - Support Internal and External Auditors by providing required documentation. - Apply basic GST and TDS knowledge for compliance-related tasks. - Maintain professional communication across teams with clear written and verbal skills. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent. - 13 years in accounting/finance roles; exposure to ERP systems preferred. - Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and receivables. - Basic knowledge of GST and TDS. Skills & Competencies - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good Excel skills; familiarity with Nav BC is an advantage. - Effective communicator, organized, and team-oriented.
