Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing relationships with key clients and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
- Leading a team of account managers and ensuring that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet the needs of clients, including product development, marketing, and operations.
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment on client solutions.
- Creating and delivering presentations to clients and internal stakeholders to communicate the value proposition of client solutions.
- Managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate complex solutions to clients.
