This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving international sales, contributing to our growth and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in CRM software and B2B negotiation, crucial for this role. Qualifications and Skills - Proven experience in international sales, demonstrating the ability to manage and increase sales on a global scale. - Proficiency in CRM software (Mandatory skill), vital for managing client relationships and streamlining sales processes efficiently. - Strong B2B negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) with a track record of closing deals and driving business results. - Must obtain Incentives from Previous organization - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with international clients - Ability to adapt to different cultural norms and practices when dealing with global clientele. - Analytical skills to collect and interpret sales data and make informed strategic decisions. - Highly organized with exceptional planning abilities to coordinate sales strategies with team objectives. - Dynamic and self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to drive company growth. - Identify and pursue new clients on global markets to expand client base. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key international clients and partners. - Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and client interactions effectively. - Negotiate terms and agreements with international clients to maximize profitability. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals. - Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights into sales performance.
