Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, training customers, managing sales activities, and achieving targeted sales goals. Collaboration with the sales team to develop strategies and meet business objectives will be essential. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs - Proven Sales experience and ability to manage the entire sales process effectively - Experience in Training and developing customers or team members on product usage - Skills in Sales Management to oversee sales operations and achieve targets - Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, and focus on achieving results - Relevant industry experience and familiarity with sales systems are advantageous
