Location- UTTARAKHAND AND UP WEST Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Uttarakhand and UP West. In this role, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, providing superior customer service, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, presenting solutions to clients, managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting training sessions for customers. The role requires active engagement and collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and promote company offerings effectively. Qualifications - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships - Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, along with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Proficiency in Training and mentoring customers or team members as part of the sales process - Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to strategize for business growth - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team setting - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Experience in the retail or payment solution industry is an added advantage
