Role Overview

Flash Delivery is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead with 26 years of experience in franchise sales, particularly in the UK market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record in driving franchise growth. As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious franchise sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive franchise expansion and achieve revenue targets.
- Franchise Growth: Identify, engage, and onboard potential franchise partners, effectively presenting Flash Delivery's value proposition.
- Team Development: Provide training, guidance, and regular feedback to team members to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and regions for franchise expansion within the UK.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners, ensuring mutual success.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to streamline franchise onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: 26 years of sales experience, with a mandatory background in the UK market. Team management experience is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team, manage performance, and drive results.
- Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK market, customer behavior, trends, and business practices.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market data, team performance, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
