Job Title Accounts Assistant Location Goa Department Finance Accounts Reports To Restaurant Manager Job Summary The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for supporting the restaurant s finance and accounting operations ensuring accurate bookkeeping timely reporting and compliance with company policies The role involves handling daily transactions vendor payments cash reconciliation and assisting in preparing financial statements Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records for restaurant operations Handle accounts payable and receivable including vendor invoices and guest billing adjustments Assist with payroll preparation and staff expense reimbursements Record daily sales cash credit card and UPI transactions reconcile with POS system Monitor petty cash expenses and prepare monthly reconciliations Support the preparation of GST TDS and other statutory compliance documents Liaise with suppliers for payment follow-ups and resolve discrepancies Assist in preparing monthly financial reports profit loss statements and budget tracking Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager for daily revenue and expense updates Ensure all accounting procedures comply with company policies and hospitality industry standards Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field 1-3 years of accounting experience hospitality restaurant industry preferred Strong knowledge of Tally ERP MS Excel and accounting principles Familiarity with GST TDS and statutory filings Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail accuracy and ability to meet deadlines Flexibility to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Meals on duty Opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry Supportive and team-oriented work environment Job Type Permanent Pay 12 417 52 - 13 796 68 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
