coworkers from around the globe The Impact This is a Development technical lead role with full stack development experience in the Digital Platform Services Content Platform team The position will entail developing new applications and supporting existing applications for the global client facing platforms This role provides the unique and exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the full spectrum of the Customer success community platforms The candidate will primarily focus on the Content Platform applications This serves as the base framework for Customer related platforms The work the lifecycle of Gainsight Platform including automation creation of user-facing content system administration data integrations and APIs Collaborate with cross-functional end-users to review and synthesize business requirements that impact Gainsight and SFDC As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce platform as well as integrating Gainsight for effective customer success management The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development principles including custom object creation API integration and data migration Responsible for managing day-to-day support of Gainsight users including fielding questions ad-hoc customizations and design implementation of core functionality Implement and maintain Gainsight configurations including Rules Data Designer Journey Orchestrator and User Data Management to ensure alignment with CX and organizational goals Process Improvement Develop and refine processes to optimize Gainsight system performance focusing on seamless module and data integration data quality and user activity Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate their needs into Gainsight functionalities ensuring effective communication and collaboration You will provide technical leadership driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate plan and execute large-scale cross-functional and company-wise critical programs You will identify leverage and successfully evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity Produce system design documents and lead technical walk trough s Continuously improve the architecture and quality of the code Basic Qualifications Bachelor s Master s Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering Architecture A minimum of 6 years of highly skilled Salesforce Developer experience with expertise in Gainsight 3 years of experience in a Gainsight administration or similar role and Certified as a Gainsight Admin with hands-on experience in configuring Gainsight s capabilities 2 years of experience in leading a team and technical leadership experience in designing and developing new platforms web applications micro services Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate information and data Proven success designing and building technical solutions including creation of technical documentation CRM administration experience or certification Experience in data analysis business intelligence and design of reports and dashboards Understanding of data structures data modeling and database management Building and deploying highly scalable Micro services REST APIs with a deep understanding of C NET Core JavaScript React JS and HTML Experience in React JS HTML5 CSS3 JQuery JavaScript ideally Typescript and building integrating Single Page Web Applications and experience in building cutting edge front-end technologies responsive applications Able to demonstrate strong Object-oriented programming skills Knowledge on CI CD Dev ops integration and design including deployment for AWS and others Experience working with AWS cloud AWS Certification is a Plus Experience working with Serverless Elastic Search Redis NoSQL Containers and Docker plus Nice to have - GenAI Java J2EE Servlets Spring boot Knockout JS requireJS Node js Lodash Typescript VSTest MSTest nUnit Preferred Qualifications Proficient with software development lifecycle SDLC methodologies like SAFe Agile Test- driven development Gainsight Administration Certification Knowledge of system architecture design patterns ability to work in layered architecture Presentation Service Business Data Excellent problem solving analytical and technical troubleshooting skills Able to work well
