Role Overview

  • Lead a team of developers to design and deliver high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team towards delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. This includes providing mentorship and hands-on technical leadership while collaborating with architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading agile development teams, delivering enterprise-grade solutions, and driving technical excellence. Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions are technically sound.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules.
  • Proven experience leading agile development teams.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
