Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Presenting Value Proposition:Effectively demonstrate the benefits of WhiteCoats offerings, including cloud/SAAS-based technology products and services, to medical practitioners, doctor groups, and hospitals.
- Lead Management:Execute and track the inside sales process, ensuring all leads are nurtured towards successful outcomes and targets.
- Reporting:Provide regular sales activity reports and progress updates every week.
- Sales Processes:Utilize appropriate sales processes and CRM tools (such as Zoho suite) to enhance trackability, productivity, and accountability.
- Collaboration:Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive sales outcomes and align them with marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients.
- Work Ethic:A relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with rapidly changing requirements.
- Sales Skills:Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Desired Qualifications:

Education:BBA OR MBA degree from a reputed B school.
