About Position: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the delivery of effective solutions. - Role: Business Analyst - Location: Any Persistent Location - Experience: 4 to 8 Years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Requirements Gathering: - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. - Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and project teams. - Process Analysis and Improvement: - Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. - Propose and implement solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and performance. - Communication and Collaboration: - Act as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors. - Effectively communicate technical complexities in a way that is easily understood by stakeholders. - Data Analysis: - Leverage data to derive meaningful insights that support decision-making. - Conduct trend analysis, reporting, and data visualization to identify business opportunities or risks. - Project Management Support: - Assist in project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. - Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon objectives and are completed on time. - Documentation: - Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and user manuals. - Develop and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and collaborate with QA teams. - Stakeholder Management: - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and expectations. - Understand and prioritize conflicting needs while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Expertise You'll Bring: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience: Insert years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Jira, SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or Agile methodologies are a plus. - Experience in specific industries e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, etc. . - Working knowledge of business process modeling (BPM) techniques and tools.
