Key Responsibilities Tax Domain Expertise - Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of ITR1, ITR2, or ITR6 and associated tax rules. - Understand and interpret technical tax domain concepts, ensuring accuracy in analysis. Business Analysis & Documentation - Drive comprehensive requirements gathering, functional elaboration, and documentation. - Convert tax domain concepts into clear functional specifications for implementation. - Present, explain, and validate requirements with development teams. Stakeholder Management - Liaise closely with business stakeholders, ensuring requirement alignment and clarity. - Provide updates, presentations, and walkthroughs as necessary. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills - Strong Business Analysis capabilities - Expertise in Corporate/Personal Taxation - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of SDLC processes Behavioural Skills - Excellent Stakeholder Engagement - Strong Collaboration & Teamwork
