Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Location: Pune Experience: 4+ years Industry Preference: Supply Chain / E-commerce Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong hands-on experience in core analytics using Python or R. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of supply chain or e-commerce business operations, and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities - Perform advanced data analysis using Python/R, including data cleaning, transformation, feature engineering, and statistical modelling. - Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies. - Build and automate analytical reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business stakeholders. - Partner with supply chain, operations, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. - Develop predictive and descriptive analytics models to improve forecasting, planning, and operational efficiency. - Work with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across systems. - Present key insights and recommendations to leadership teams in a clear and concise manner. - Drive continuous improvement in analytical processes and data quality. Required Skills & Qualifications - 4-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Analyst. - Strong command over Python or R for analytics (must have). - Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn (if Python) and tidyverse, dplyr, ggplot2 (if R). - Solid experience in supply chain analytics or e-commerce analytics. - Strong understanding of business KPIs: demand forecasting, inventory planning, order lifecycle, delivery performance, etc. - Good knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data. - Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). - Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
