Ensure management of your team both in its objectives and in performance evaluation while promoting team spirit, dialogue/communication, breaking down barriers between SFM professions and staff involvement. Define, negotiate, and control the budget for your department (costs, investments, resources, etc.), based on validated staffing and workload forecasts, as well as the objectives of the various Departments, by choosing key indicators for monitoring. Develop and manage the implementation of the Progress and Productivity Plan for its department necessary to achieve the objectives of the various departments. Define and coordinate the Sigmatech progress plan in terms of performance and maintenance of buildings and equipment, management and control of energy consumption, general maintenance, telephony, and this, in full compliance with the safety and environmental rules and objectives of the site and the group. Ensure compliance of the site and its facilities with various legislation and insurance directives. Ensure the security of property. Apply and enforce the site's environmental policy (ISO 14001) + safety (OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001) + energy (ISO 50001) for all SFM service activities. Be responsible for upholding the center's development charter, in keeping with the guiding principles of its design.Apply and enforce the center's development charter. Manage the various "Services" at the center: reception, travel, mail, reprography, company vehicles, meeting rooms, archiving In agreement with the MRO purchasing manager, manage site purchases (excluding projects for SFM activities and all site services/businesses). Ensure the management of the site's technical data and the information/databases required by the center's users. Manage the site's furniture fleet (apart from the specific resources of the various departments/trades: industrial and laboratory resources).
