Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager located in Alwar. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing and developing branch staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring branch performance, implementing company policies, conducting financial analysis, providing training and guidance to staff, and ensuring that branches adhere to regulatory and compliance standards. Qualifications - Strong leadership and team management skills - Experience in financial analysis and branch operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards - Proficiency in using digital and technology solutions - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field - Prior experience in microfinance or banking sector is an advantage
