Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional business operations, managing a team to achieve targets, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include implementing business strategies, supervising sales and business development, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving revenue growth in the assigned area. The role also involves performance monitoring, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and addressing any issues in operations efficiently. Qualifications - Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management - Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills - Knowledge in Financial Services, Investment Products, and Market Research - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities - Strategic planning and organizational skills to drive business growth - Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage operations in a high-performing, goal-oriented work environment - Experience in financial services or a related field is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant discipline; MBA is a plus
