We're looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist who can lead these early conversations with empathy and insight — qualifying leads, simplifying choices, and building confidence from the very first interaction. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the homebuyer journey and driving meaningful outcomes for both the buyer and our team. The most important ways to spend time doing this job are… - Understand buyer needs over calls and meetings, and match them with suitable residential projects - Own the qualification process – filtering high-intent leads and routing them to the right advisor - Conduct discovery conversations to understand budget, location preferences, and project requirements - Share brochures, specifications, pricing, and relevant project insights - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication - Assist in scheduling site visits and prepping buyers with the right context - Maintain lead records, status updates and feedback in our CRM system - Stay updated on market trends, builder launches, and project inventories Your 4-5 core duties in this job are… - Being the first and most trusted touchpoint for incoming leads - Proactively identifying customer pain points and solving for them with empathy - Collaborating with the Advisor team to create a seamless handoff experience - Using tools like Excel, CRM dashboards, and WhatsApp to manage leads efficiently - Communicating with clarity and accuracy – both verbal and written What it takes to be successful in this job… - 1–2 years of experience in sales/presales/customer-facing roles - Excellent communication skills – you're a good listener and a confident speaker - Ability to simplify real estate jargon for homebuyers - A genuine interest in helping people make big life decisions - Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Organized, reliable, and eager to learn about the real estate landscape Simplest way to know if this job is being done well… - Higher lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-deal conversion rates - Shorter turnaround times between inquiry and engagement - Positive feedback from advisors and homebuyers alike - You’re seen as the go-to person for building initial trust - The team is confident that no quality lead slips through the cracks Think, you’re the right fit?
