Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Reservation Executive, located in Bhowanipore. The Guest Reservation Executive will manage reservations, provide excellent customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales operations. You will handle guest inquiries and requests professionally, ensuring a seamless reservation and guest experience. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members - Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality guest experience - Proficiency in managing Reservations and related operations - Basic knowledge and skills in Sales for assisting and upselling when needed - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a customer-first approach - A positive attitude, professionalism, and adaptability - Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
