Job Description Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: - Manage an active calendar of appointments, expense reports, and correspondence for the Founders. - Arrange complex travel plans, itineraries, and meeting agendas. - Compile documents and reports for meetings. Stakeholder Communication: - Communicate with staff, investors, and partners on behalf of the Founders. - Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings internally and externally. - Represent the Founders in designated meetings and strategic initiatives. Reporting & Documentation: - Draft reports, letters, proposals, and oral/written communications for investors and donors. - Prepare meeting accounts and track action items for senior management team (SLT) meetings. Support in External Commitments: - Assist Founders with participation in external boards, committees, and industry-related groups. - Serve as liaison to investors and coordinate periodic meetings and events. Desired Candidate Profile: - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. - Prior experience working in start-ups. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general Windows applications. - Excellent research, writing, editing, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently with discretion and professionalism. - Strong time management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities.
