Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Desktop Engineer (Field) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Provide desktop support to end-users in an enterprise environment
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide training and support to end-users

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-6 years of experience in desktop support
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Server
- Knowledge of networking concepts
