Key Responsibilities
- Teach ACCA courses within your area of expertise, ensuring that content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with curriculum standards.
- Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and instructional materials using diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and critical thinking.
- Provide constructive feedback, academic guidance, and mentoring to help students achieve academic and professional success.
- Conduct research in your area of specialization, publish scholarly articles, and participate in academic conferences/seminars.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary initiatives to enhance the overall quality of education and research.
- Participate in academic advising, mentoring, and other student support activities.
- Stay updated with developments in the field through continuous professional development, conferences, and networking.
- Contribute to curriculum design, course evaluation, and program development.
- Fulfill academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by department chairs or academic administrators.
Educational Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in the relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated subject expertise with a record of scholarly achievements (publications, presentations, or research grants).
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level preferred.
